Now living on the North Shore of Boston, JoAnne Brasil has written a new Wander Theater, a play for three actors, which opens at the Griffen Theatre on November 12, 2010.

In the late 1980’s JoAnne was one of the first members of Hildegard’s care-giving team. She developed a close friendship with Hildegard and discovered a lasting interest in her stories--and a fascination with the city of Dresden.

Originally, she wrote “The Wander Theater” as a novel. Later, she decided to adapt it for the stage.  Since then, “The Wander Theater” has gone through many incarnations—one of which she and Raymond Barglow worked on together, until muses took them in different directions.
